in Kayseri...

we decided to go to Kayseri and started our trip from Ankara.we thougth the most enjoyable way to go there was taking the train, and also the cheapest one.Normally,it takes three hours with bus but we could arrive there in seven hour by train...it was too long to be enjoyable...at first,we thougth it wouldn't be too tiring but when we arrive the station,we just wanted to sleep on the ground....it was three a.m. and it was chilly cold.we took a bus to the main station because we were far from the town centre.when we arrived there we realised that it wasn't too cold any more.we had to wait untill 7 o'clock because there wasn't any public transportation untill 7,and we didn't want to take a taxi, too.then we decided to walk to the town centre and look around...it was amazing.it was still dark and there was just a few people around.we took the way to the centre and saw the beauties of the city before the sun rose up...then we met police officers and told them we were just visitors and new in this town.they told the way of a restourant to eat and rest untill the buses start...it was very pretty and warm place.the staff were very hosbitable.they did everyting to make us feel comfortable.we were really pleased when we left there in the morning...

and the day started for everyone in the town.now we could see the historical and attractive city in sun ligth.there are mosques, madrasas, underground bazaar and an amazing castle.Kayseri is a very attractive city.it was an important town for many states in the past, too.it has a really old history.there are ruins from Hittites to Ottoman Empire.

we went to a city park.it is pretty good and has many thing to make people relax.there is a zoo, barbecues, separated parts for everyone, cafe's and a traditional Kayseri house.you can see the traditional life by visiting this house.if you have a chance to be in Kayseri, you should go and see this house, too.
